We built Auracle to find the targets existing methods miss.

Most target discovery platforms are trained on what has already been drugged. That circularity means they reliably surface well-known biology and structurally overlook the candidates that sit outside the prior literature.

Auracle removes that bias at the architecture level. Our deep learning engine operates on patient-derived disease network topology, not druggability scores or target precedent, and ranks candidates by the biology of the disease itself. A provisional patent is on file.

Cory is an immunologist and data scientist who has worked on both sides of the lab bench - running the flow panels, prepping the scRNA-seq libraries, and building the computational pipelines to analyze them. That dual fluency is the foundation Auracle is built on.

He is a PhD candidate in Immunology at the University of New Mexico, where he studies mucosal immune responses to parasitic infection, and holds an MS in Computer Science. His research spans single-cell transcriptomics, agent-based computational modeling, and graph neural networks, all of which inform Auracle’s patent-pending target discovery engine. Through Auracle’s sister company Quantavo, he has also led analytical engagements for biotech startups, research labs, and PIs across scRNA-seq, high-parameter flow cytometry, quantitative microscopy, and immune profiling.

Elizabeth’s path into bioinformatics began during her undergraduate degree at California State University, Dominguez Hills, where the biology kept leading her back to the data. She holds a Master’s in Biology from the University of New Mexico and is completing a second graduate degree in Computer Science.

At Auracle and Quantavo, Elizabeth leads operations: client relationships, project timelines, and delivery. Her background in machine learning and data mining means she engages with the science critically, reviewing methodology, stress-testing assumptions, and ensuring every deliverable holds up to our high standards.
